Yes, our HMI displays are equipped for both indoor and outdoor use. When using outdoors, consider factors like direct sunlight affecting screen visibility and operating within the prescribed temperature range (0° to 50°C for operation, -20° to 60°C for storage). Our industrial touch screens, particularly those with a polyester cover sheet, might be sensitive to UV radiation. We offer alternative screens, like PCAP, better suited for outdoor conditions. What Are the Differences Between Low-Temperature Inks, High-Temperature Ceramic Inks, and UV-Resistant Inks?**
Low-temperature ink (standard product, requiring pre-tempering before silk screening, operating at 180-200°C), high-temperature ceramic ink (used outdoors, incompatible with AG process due to its process of silk screening before tempering, melting ink at approximately 800°C), and UV-resistant ink (also known as all-black ink, scratch-resistant and high-temperature resistant, similar process to low-temperature ink, prevents ink from falling off, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of about 200-300 pieces).
