1.Widen the border sealing rubber ring and adopt a composite sealing ring consisting of double-layer silicone and foam. Achieve full-perimeter closure for joints between the panel and cover plate, FPC wire outlets, and housing splicing seams to prevent dust infiltration from the sides. For outdoor and construction-site models, add stepped dust retaining grooves to block direct airflow of dust into gaps.
2.Upgraded full lamination process: Adopt optical liquid adhesive with strong adhesion and excellent gap-filling performance to minimize microbubbles and tiny gaps inside the laminated layer.
