1.The G+G double glass fully laminated structure features superior temperature drift suppression compared with G+F and P+G. It effectively reduces capacitance baseline fluctuations caused by temperature differences and structural deformation of interlayer air gaps.

 

2.Industrial-grade touch IC with -20~70℃ wide-temperature adaptive baseline calibration. Built-in real-time temperature sampling and compensation algorithm dynamically corrects the capacitance reference value according to ambient temperature, suppressing baseline shift during cold start.

 

3.We perform three-section temperature calibration including low temperature, room temperature and high temperature, and preset multiple sets of baseline parameters. The system automatically matches the current ambient temperature threshold upon power-on, effectively solving the initial touch drift at cold start.

 

4.An underlying shielding layer and frame grounding shielding are added to reduce coupled interference caused by power ripples and ambient temperature changes.
